Nene Royal’s “Hysteria” performance on America’s Got Talent crosses 1 million views in under 24 hours, as fans focus on her incredible guitar solo

Thai rock sensation Nene Royal is making another big impression on America’s Got Talent, and this time, she has reached a major milestone online.

The 16-year-old singer and guitarist’s latest performance of Muse’s “Hysteria” has passed 1 million views in just 14 hours after being released on the AGT YouTube channel.

Nene Royal surprises fans with early release

Nene’s Judges’ Callbacks performance was originally expected to be released on Tuesday, but America’s Got Talent dropped the full video four days early.

The show introduced the Judges’ Callbacks round this season, giving selected contestants another chance to impress the judges before the Live Shows.

Nene, whose real name is Rattikarn “Praew” Umloy, chose Muse’s 2003 rock hit “Hysteria” for her return to the stage.

The young musician brought together her strongest skills, combining powerful vocals, guitar playing and confident stage presence. One of the biggest moments came during her guitar solo, where she used percussive techniques to add even more energy to the performance.

The official AGT video praised Nene for “crushing” the Muse song, and fans quickly helped push the performance past the one-million-view mark.

Nene herself was also surprised by the early release.

After the video appeared online, she shared it with her fans and reacted with excitement, writing, “OMG. Thank you very much #AGT.”

Nene wins over the judges again

After finishing her performance, Nene appeared confident and playful when Howie Mandel asked what she was thinking.

“I think … I play perfect, right guys?” she joked, immediately getting cheers from the judges and audience.

Guest judge Nikki Glaser also appeared impressed, saying the performance left her wanting more.

Nene later shared her own reaction backstage.

“I feel so happy,” she said. “It’s so amazing.”

The strong response comes after Nene already made a huge impact during her AGT audition.

She earned four unanimous “Yes” votes from the judges after performing The Cranberries’ “Zombie,” sending her through to the next stage of the competition.

Interestingly, “Hysteria” was not a random song choice for Nene.

Before becoming an international name through America’s Got Talent, she had already performed the Muse hit with her band OZONE while busking at the Naka Weekend Market in Phuket.
