While performing at The Wharf Amphitheater in Orange Beach, Alabama, on July 25 as part of his Word on the Street Tour, the country superstar received an unforgettable surprise from one of his four-legged companions.
Bryan was in the middle of singing his chart-topping hit “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset” when his black Labrador Retriever suddenly ran onto the stage carrying a can of beer in its mouth.
Making the moment even more adorable, the dog wore a backstage pass around its neck as it confidently trotted across the stage with its tail wagging.
Bryan paused to greet his furry friend, accepted the beer, and rewarded the pup with plenty of affection before continuing the performance.
Several audience members captured the heartwarming moment on video, and one clip has already surpassed 700,000 views online as fans couldn’t get enough of the unexpected delivery.
The Orange Beach stop featured supporting performances from Shane Profitt, Karley Scott Collins, Lauren Watkins, and DJ Rock, but it was Bryan’s canine companion who arguably became the show’s breakout star.
Luke Bryan’s dogs are already fan favorites
Although Bryan has not confirmed the identity of the dog that made the beer delivery, it appears to be the same black Labrador Retriever that appeared in photos he shared on social media in April 2025.
The country singer is well known for his love of dogs and has previously introduced fans to two of his other pets.
His family includes a black English Cocker Spaniel named Boss and a chocolate Labrador named Choc.
The pair even have their own Instagram account, although it has not been updated since 2024.
Choc once took over the American Idol judges’ table
Bryan’s dogs have become familiar faces to American Idol viewers as well.
In 2024, he brought Choc to visit the show’s set, where the chocolate Lab briefly took over Katy Perry’s seat at the judges’ table alongside Bryan and Lionel Richie.
Choc also entertained the cast and crew by showing off a few tricks before grabbing one of the show’s famous Golden Tickets in his mouth.
Bryan quickly stepped in to rescue the ticket before his playful pup could tear it apart.
Now, with a perfectly timed beer delivery during a live concert, it looks like another one of Bryan’s dogs has created a memorable moment that fans won’t soon forget.
